It has always been a passion of mine to assist people as they navigate life changes and rediscover themselves to becoming more passionate and fulfilled.
I am committed to aiding people in accomplishing the goals they set for themselves including exploring the connection between past experiences and current behaviors.
My strengths are teaching people to use the tools necessary to be more effective in their relationships and find balance in their lives. While providing a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic environment, clients will learn effective coping skills: become self-aware, balance their thinking, overcoming fears, manage emotions, and tolerate distress.
I provide counseling to individuals 18+ and couples.
