Frequently Asked Questions
No. Irenic Therapeutic Services is a telehealth-only practice, which means all sessions are conducted securely online. This allows us to serve clients across Arizona and Washington while offering flexible scheduling and privacy from your own space.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
Q:
A:
We provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy, as well as relationship intensives for clients who want deeper, more focused work. All services are trauma-informed and culturally responsive.
What types of therapy do you offer?
Q:
A:
A relationship intensive is a longer and more focused therapy session (or series of sessions) that allows couples or individuals to work through issues more deeply than weekly sessions typically allow. It’s ideal for couples seeking clarity, connection, mediation, or a reset in their relationship.
What is a “relationship intensive“?
Q:
A:
Standard couples therapy often takes the first three or four sessions just gathering history. You can choose to bypass that.
Our Premium Relationship Assessment is a comprehensive, data-driven clinical triage service that you and your partner complete before you even sit on our virtual couch.
A vital step in the "Relationship Reset" process:
Data-Driven Insight: You will independently complete a highly structured clinical questionnaire that evaluates your unique conflict styles, attachment patterns, financial stressors, and hidden trauma triggers.
Expert Clinical Triage: Before we ever meet, our Chief Clinical Officer spends dedicated time scoring and analyzing your raw data to identify the exact root causes of your relational breakdown.
The Strategic Roadmap: Instead of spending your first session explaining your past to us, we use that time to review your assessment data together and immediately implement a customized, actionable communication roadmap.
This assessment is a targeted investment designed to bypass months of traditional, therapy so you can get straight to the solutions.
What is the Relationship Assessment?

Do you offer therapy for clients outside of Arizona or Washington?
Q:
Not at this time. Our clinicians are licensed in Arizona and Washington, so we can only provide therapy to clients located in those states during sessions. The Counseling Compact will allow us permissions in other states so please ask and we will let you know if your state is open yet.
A:
Our practice is led by therapists of color with deep experience in trauma recovery, relationship work, and culturally competent care. We understand that healing looks different for everyone, and we create spaces where you can show up fully—without judgment, code-switching, or having to explain your lived experience.
